This website is owned and operated by The Natural Peach with the primary naturopathic practitioner being Clare Peach, hereafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” and “my”.

Personal information that may be collected (but not limited to) includes: full name, address, email address, contact phone numbers, date of birth, current and past health information, medication and drug use and family health history, occupation.

This information may be collected via many avenues. These include but are not limited to, when making a booking, newsletter or special feature sign up forms, emails, social media interaction, by telephone or publicly available sources. We will always aim to gather information directly from you with your permission. If a circumstance arises where we come across information regarding you from a third party, we will take reasonable steps to ensure you are made aware of the information provided to us.
Why would we collect it?
This information is collected to provide us with details to make contact with you and answer any questions you may have regarding the services I am offering, and to best support you. This may include emails relating to our services or marketing. You are able to unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing. When information is asked from you, we will always attempt to explain why the information is being asked for and collected.
What we do with personal information.
Your personal information will be stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access. When your personal information is no longer needed it will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years for adults and until a child has reached the age of 25.

It is my endeavour as a naturopath to treat everyone as an individual. This means that the advice and treatment plan given after a consultation with me is specifically designed with you and your body in mind. Herbal and nutritional supplements all influence the body, which is why they can be so beneficial. If used incorrectly they can also have a negative effect on the body. Medications and herbs and supplements can all interact with each other and to ensure the safety of this, it is imperative that you first seek professional advice. Outside of this you are doing so at your own risk.
If you are taking any herb or supplement in conjunction with medications, it is important to inform your primary practitioner.
Returns, refunds and cancellation policy
Returns
Due to the nature of the products dispensed there is no returns once bought. The majority of the products are specifically made with your health needs in mind. The products will come with best before dates that are outside of when the product should be used by. Both supplement and herbal products can have undesirable flavours. This is the flavour of the product and will be discussed in the consultation prior to dispensing. If there are any concerns regarding products, please contact us.
Refund
Once a consultation has been paid for there is no refund available. If you are unhappy with the services that were provided, please contact us in order to discuss. We are only able to give you advice and recommendations. If that advice is not followed or followed incorrectly that is not grounds for a refund. If you have booked in for a consultation online and prepaid no refund will be given for a change of mind. If the consultation is cancelled or rescheduled with in the cancellation time frame there will be no financial consequences.
Cancellations
To cancel or reschedule a consultation it must be done prior to 24hrs in advance. If cancelled after this time 50% of the consultation fee may be kept by The Natural Peach as we have held this spot for you and by that stage will be unable to refill it. If there are any queries regarding this policy please don’t hesitate to ask.
